Program Description	The Youth Services program provides after school, evening, weekend and summer educational, recreational, community service, cultural enrichment and youth development programs at our youth center. Girls and boys, ages 9 to 21; teen employment readiness training; environmental peer leadership; summer camp; computer and digital technology training; mentoring opportunities; and community service projects.
Eligibility	Open to all Lowell residents age 9-21. Referrals generally come through career Center of Lowell, DCF, Lowell Police Department, though non-referrals also accepted where applicable.

Fees Charged	Free . no fees except for summer camp which is $30 registration fee and $400 for a 2-week session. "Campership" scholarships and sliding scale are available
