| Program Description | CRES offers employment counseling and job search for refugees and individuals who have received asylum letters from the US government within the past five years. Basic English literacy is offered to clients who need it, as is employment-oriented English (filling in applications, interview skills, etc.) Services are provided on-site, by appointment, one-to-one or in small groups. |
| Eligibility | All clients must be receiving refugee case management services as well, and a referral will be requested from the case manager. We can offer case management to individuals who are not already linked to a refugee agency case manager. |

Potential clients must be Mass residents, those who live outside Greater Lowell can still qualify, and should call for more information. Routine client transportation is not provided, however. |
